USER MANUAL ON HOW TO CREATE E_RECRUITMENT

USERNAME/PASSWORD AND APPLY TO A SPECIFIC JOB

 Select Vacancy that you want to apply:

 Click on Apply button:

1. Login

1.1. If you have E-RECRUITMENT username and password, Insert your username and password then
click on Log On Button:

1.2. If you don’t have E-RECRUITMENT username and password, please click on ‘Register here’

2. Adjusting Personal/Educational Profile:

2.1. Fill all required fields then click on Register link and proceed:

2.2. After you click on ‘Register’ button you will get the below page and insert all required fields:

Insert your personal data:

2.3. After you finished, click on Education/Training tab:

2.4. Click on Add button:

2.5. Insert your educational background detail and click on Transfer button:

2.6. After you finished inserting Education/Training , click on Work Experience tab:

2.8. Insert your Work Experience detail if you have and click on Transfer button:

2.9. After you finished inserting Work Experience, click on Qualification tab:

2.10. Click on Add button:

2.11. There are tabs under Qualification. Below listed qualifications are obligatory fields:
 CGPA
 EHEEQC
 Field of Education
 Level of education
 Age, Height, Weight
 Subject

2.11.1. CGPA: Click on CGPA check box and select your CGPA result from drop down
list in right side:

2.11.2. Then if you have Certificate, Click on Certification tab:

2.11.3. Select Qualification check box and select proficiency drop down in right side:

2.11.4. After you finished inserting Certification, click on EHEEQC tab:

Like the above screen shoots, you can add Education, Field of education,… other your qualification.

 In addition: Age, Height, weight and similar related qualification can get by clicking on Forward
button:

2.11.6. Finally, after inserting all your Qualifications, click on Transfer button:

2.12. After inserting Preferences and Attachments including your CV on Preferences and
Attachments tab, please click on Overview and Release tab:

2.13.Check Inserted data and click on Release Profile radio button then click on complete button:

2.14.Confirmation message will display:

3. How to apply to a specific job:

3.1. Click on Employment Opportunities:

3.2. There are two search methods:

3.2.1. Using Start button:

3.2.2. By inserting Searching Criteria then click on start button:

3.3. After searching, posted job will display as per the below screen shoot:

3.4. Select Job that you want to apply and click on apply button:

3.5. Click on Continue button:

3.6. Check your Personal and Education background also you can edit:

3.7. After checking your profile, please click on Send Application tab

3.8. If you agree by your inserted profile and want to apply, please click on Send Application
Button:

3.9. Finally, Confirmation message will display:

‘Your application was sent’
