THE SCHOOL AS AN AGENT OF SCHOOL

1. Identify a successful school. Find out what are the contributions of that school in the
community.
The characteristic of a good school is having a visibly and substantively improves
the community where it belongs to. It does not only support the faculty, staff and students,
it also shapes the lives of every individual in a community. It serves as an institution that
speaks the language of every children, faculty and community it serves. And most
importantly, a good school produces students who can emphasize, protect, love, and
inspire.
2. Think of what administrators, teachers, and students could do to build successful
schools.
To build a successful school, the administrators should provide the best programs
for teachers to enhance their teaching skills. As the administrators are responsible for the
enhancement of the skills of the teachers, the teachers should be responsible for producing
the best teaching strategies that they can use to support their students learning. While the
students are responsible to meet the expectations of their teachers, where they should
actively contribute to the school’s improvement. The administrators, teachers, and students
should support each other to have a successful school.
