• Manpower will be transported to the site using buses that
meet Saudi Aramco standard, A/C working, Safety belt
fitted for each passenger.
• Require Safety Induction to new workers prior to start
any work in the site. Moreover Safety talk shall be
conducted to explain JSA with all participants before
work on daily basis.
• Train all employees on Fadhili traffic management plan
and requirements.
• Follow speed limit 80kmph on temporary access road,
40kmph on internal project access road and 20kmph on
site.
• Head lights to be turn on when on the move.
• Hazard lights to be turn on when vehicle is temporary
stopped along the side of the highway.
• No reverse parking allowed for all equipment and
vehicle to be parked “Drive in / Drive out” system.
• No worker will be allowed to walk on the project roads.
• Not to take any unwanted risk during shifting.
• Plan ahead for the route and always be alert for any
consequences.
• Get a map and use and use alternative route for better
road condition.
• Presence of mind while behind the wheel and expect the
unexpected. Make eye contact with other commuters.
• Vehicle/equipment check prestart, First aid kit, warning
triangle, spare tire, jack & communication device.

Hazard Controls
• Barricade the area with hard barricade/grill.
• Prior to start of work we have to ensure there is adequate
light.
• The access area clear of any sort of obstruction
• Good housekeeping to ensure all around the area
• Cool drinking water station shall be available with regular
water supply
• Toilet facilities with proper disposal of sanitary waste
• Hand wash facilities
• General waste to be collected in designated area and
deposed properly
• Prayer area shall be provided with proper signs. No prayer
allowed in non-designated areas in site
• Proper parking area shall be provided
• Obtain work permit before starting the job.
• Conduct toolbox meeting, explain the Job safety
Analysis to all the craftsmen involved in the area.
• Supervisor must ensure that all work activities are
carried out by competent personnel.
• Only SA certified operators shall operate fork lift.
• Personnel other than the operator shall be prohibited

HAZARDS
• Hot surface • Only the authorized person shall perform the activity

• All work shall be properly planned and explained to
all workers involved.
• Provide water truck to maintain the spraying of water
in temporary access route.
• Driver should not use mobile phone while driving to
maintain the firm grip of the steering wheel.
• Keep safe following distance.
• Do not operate Equipment an extreme slopes.
• Switch on the headlights when poor weather
• Wear proper PPE (safety glass, disposable cover all,
hand gloves).
• Know your eye wash station.
• Avoid direct skin contact by using (leather hand
gloves, disposable cover all, face shield).

full sleeve clothes).
• Ensure that the driver is aware of the exact point to
dump the materials, by means of flagman.
• Flagman shall be provided in the location at all times
• Driver must raise the dump box slowly and
coordinate with the signal man for the continuous
flow of the materials down.
• All crew in the area shall wear dust mask and stand
in a safe distance during dumping of materials.
