1 Mobilization of Manpower Lack of site awareness • Manpower will be transported to the site using buses that

• No worker will be allowed to walk on the project roads.

• Not to take any unwanted risk during shifting.


• Plan ahead for the route and always be alert for any
consequences.
• Get a map and use and use alternative route for better
road condition.
• Presence of mind while behind the wheel and expect the
unexpected. Make eye contact with other commuters.

• Supervisor must ensure that all work activities are
carried out by competent personnel.

• Overload • Forklift shall not be used beyond their rated capacity.
• Avoid over stacking of the load.
• Load forklifts only when moving on a level surface
or uphill on an incline.
• Do not allow any person to stand or walk under the
elevated forks, whether loaded or unloaded.
• Collision • Reverse alarm to be checked by the operator prior to
run the forklift.
• Forklift shall not be left running while unattended.
• Trained Flagman shall be present.
• Forks shall not be left in the up position while forklift
is unattended.
• Do not hold the barrier by hand while equipment is
working.
• Do not stand at line of fire.
• Protruding Elevated forks
• Do not stand in front or nearby concrete barrier when
it is offloaded or positioned by forklift.
• Move slowly no speeding with load on fork.
• Pinch points
• Make sure load is properly aligned before moving
