What is the histological structure of

Stratum corneum: 5-20 layers of squamous, a nucleated keratinized cells.

Stratum lucidum: Thin, translucent layer of flattened eosinophilic keratinocytes.

Stratum granulosum:3-5 layers of flattened cells, undergoing the terminal differentiation

process of keratinization.

Stratum spinosum: Normally the thickest layer, consists of 3-5 layers of polyhedral cells.

Stratum basale: One layer of cuboidal to low columnar cells.
