Task Name: Apply Client Relationship Practices to a Project

We should be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to Client Relationship.We need to
proactively share ideas and propose new campaign strategies and educate the client to further
empower them. A proactive approach focuses on eliminating problems before they have a
chance to appear and a reactive approach is based on responding to events after they have
happened.
In our business, the BOT process the JE’s. Since the BOT (Automation tool) is there to ease
our working situations but it’s a challenge too.
A Challenges :
BOT process the JE’s but most of the times the JE is either not processed or processed
inaccurately. The preparer and approver names is there in the JE and most of the times we
need to change those names manually because of the names of the people who left the
organization present there.
B Applied client relationship practice in the specific project, process, or business :
In order to get the JE’s done timely and accurately, our proactive approach steadily improved
the situation. RPA team worked on the above challenges and eliminate the inconsistencies in
the BOT process. There is still a scope to improve the BOT process further and we all are
working on it.
I have learnt that we need to focus on the problems/challenges in our area and start working
on it so as to ensure the tasks done with accuracy and timely.
