Project charter assignment

Justification: contract with Tio Chico’s pizzerias, this project will make profit between 30% -
35%, it will attract a new customer in same field of work

Objective: develop a web-based system to make order pizza online, pay via credit card or cash
on delivery, moreover provide a management module to track sales .

Expected results: making profit, opportunity to sell the system to another pizzerias
Project scope: web-based software system enable customer to browse menu, placing order,
integrate with social media apps

Assumption’s and restrictions: All department team members to be co-operative

Time is limited it should be done within 3 weeks
Budget is somehow limited .

Budget : 25000$ – 30000$

Schedule: 1st week: information collection , workflow process , performing first design,
Test 1

2nd week : build the website according to the accepted design and info
Final quality review before customer acceptance

3rd week : deploy and close the project

Success criteria : software accepted, done in the specific time with limited budget .
Stakeholders approved by : project manager
Software team (2 software developers, design expert )
Sponsor ( tio chicos pizzeria)
