Brain drain mentions the emigration of educated and skilled people from their

country to other countries. It has many negative effects because it causes empty
countries of human resources. In my essay, I will talk about the reasons and
resolutions of brain drain.
Firstly, many reasons for brain drain. Some factors promote everybody move to
other countries to find developed chances. Example: not ideal condition at their
country or poor attraction policies.
Furthermore, the lack of developed chances and social conditions such as poor,
unemploy also contributed to the emigration of educated people. On the other
hand, some promote factors such as good word conditions, high salary, peaceful
environment and the modern infrastructure on developed countries also seem as
a spotlight attracts the brain drain. Moreover, these people also have many
chances to work in good positions and especially they don’t have any worries
about the politics in the immigrated country.
Many methods against the brain drain. For example, the government should
provide enough work chances, promote investment, increase the salary and
make good work conditions. Besides that, we need to create democracy and
avoid conflict, it is necessary attention, the government should try to solve the
welfare problems.
Finally, the emigration of educated and skilled people causes the loss of the
country’s money. So we need a change from brain drain to increase gray matter,
it means convincing the talents to stay to develop it and the immigrated people
should come back and attend the development of the country.
