2. It is submitted that a letter has been Issued vlde Memo No. 0ULB/0MC-HQ/2023/559 dt.
23.08.2023 highlighting the concern that many CSC operators submit applications for the purpose of
log Into the portal, self-certification and raising any objections for updation of data on the portal on
behalf of the citizen using their mobile numbers which causes a lot of distress In public. It was
requested that CSC operators should only use the mobile number of the property owners for
submitting the applications on the portal.

3. The Hon'ble CM has approved that:

door services is being f)llNldM by the respective munlc/po/lty and the Sanitation / Garbage
chorgrs b e ~ post 31.08.2023 only and all charges be removed from the "Property Tax
