B. Product Overview Product Overview

2.1 Functional description

 Aipower outdoor high-voltage and high-power intelligent charging pile is
an intelligent charging device independently developed by our company to
quickly charge electric vehicles. The product is installed outdoors, and its
protection level is IP54. The product has built-in AC power distribution unit and
charging terminal unit, and the whole pile adopts integrated design, which has
obvious advantages such as high power density, convenient installation and
debugging, easy maintenance, space saving, good air duct, etc. Modules with
different voltage levels can be configured according to users' needs.

2.2 Product features:

 Excellent compatibility.
 Aipower intelligent charger, whose charging protocol supports the new
national standard, can be matched with the protocol, the output voltage can be
selected, different voltage modules can be supported, and the constant power
mode with large current can be supported. The auxiliary power supply compatible
with 12/24V can be selected to supply power to BMS, and the default is 12 V.
The product can perfectly match the fast charging demand of most models in the
market.
 Aipower high-power intelligent charger is mainly composed of power
input, charging module unit, terminal control unit, heat dissipation element, filter
screen unit, etc. The unit adopts modular management, the whole machine has
high power density, small volume, neat layout, separation of strong and weak
current, and the dustproof filter can be directly extracted and cleaned regularly,
which has safe and reliable safety conditions, is easy to maintain regularly under
harsh conditions, and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
 High-power charging can meet the super-fast charging requirements of
high and low-voltage logistics vehicles.
The power supply module adopts LLC resonance technology to improve
the power supply efficiency, the whole pile efficiency is as high as 95%, and

it operates with constant power in the full voltage range, which supports the
power demand of fast charging and slow charging, and effectively reduces
the heating of the system.
 It has the characteristics of intelligence, networking, versatility, high
efficiency, etc. It has multiple protection functions such as input over-voltage,
output over-voltage, over-current and short circuit, and cooperates with BMS for
battery maintenance.

Installation conditions
1. The charger shall be installed on the flat foundation with cable entrance reserved.
2. The vertical inclination angle is less than 5%.
3. Fix the charger bottom with 4 M8 screws embedded in the foundation.
