- Determine surrounded of the site from all directions, neighbors or
streets identified the width of these streets.
- Identify old buildings adjacent to the site (if any)

b- Site preparation
- Remove any obstacles that may impede work
- site leveling
- In the zones far from the city , identify the nearest points of the site
services (ambulance center - police - fire - train stations - the nearest
sources of raw materials ..... etc.)

c- Planning Activity of the site:

It is mean's putting a complete planning for all kind of works in site
starting from site receipt to the end of the project .. and this plan
must contain :
