(1)Terms and Conditions to provide ‘Fibre Entry’@Rs. 329 plan only with circle specific IPTV packs:

(i)In case the customer opts out from BSNL’s IPTV pack offered with ‘Fibre Entry’ plan, such connection will be automatically migrated to ‘Fibre
Basic’@ Rs.499/- plan. Customers may also be informed suitably
(ii)In case the customer opts out from BSNL’s Broadband service, the service of IPTV will be automatically disconnected after expiry of add-on
pack.

(2) OTT content will be discontinued, in case subscriber opts out from any Bundled plan or migrates to other broadband plan.
Discount of Rs. 200/- p.m. for first 6 months to all the existing customers (other than Government category connections) who are ready to convert
their Landline/Broadband connection connection across any FTTH plan(Copper) to FTTH w.e.f. 20.07.2023 for 90 days.

Waiver of Installation charges of Rs.250/- (For copper connections)and Rs.500/- (For Bharat Fibre connections) on Landline/Broadband
(Copper/Fibre/BBoWiFi/Bharat Air Fibre upto 31-03-2024 for customers under 'Individual account type.
