OF THE ESTATE OF MARIA CLARA

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate (“Deed”) made and

entered into by and between:

JUAN DELA CRUZ, single, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of

______________, Philippines;

MATEO DELA CRUZ, single, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of

______________, Philippines;

JAIME DELA CRUZ, single, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of

______________, Philippines;

All of legal age and collectively referred to as HEIRS;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS the above-named heirs are the only surviving children and
lawful legitimate children of JOSE IBARRA who died intestate on
____________ at _____________, Quezon City and her spouse JUANCHO
DELA CRUZ, both domiciled at _____________, Makati City.

WHEREAS the aforementioned HEIRS of the deceased MARIA DELA

CRUZ have agreed to adjudicate unto themselves in equal shares the following
properties, to wit:

170 Shares of Common Stocks at ABC Corporation

That we hereby affirm that we have executed the foregoing instrument

out of our own voluntary free will without force, intimidation or violence upon
our persons that we have hereby received their just and proper share and have
no claim or demand against each other.

That we are executing this Deed knowing fully that our mother left no
unsettled debts and of our rights and obligations under law.
