relating to which account have already been paid.
In consideration of your delivering the ornaments to my representative mentioned above . I hereby
undertake to absolve you from all liabilities in the event of any dispute arising out of such delivery
to My representative and also undertake to imdemnify you from and against any or all claims which
arise by reason of such delivery.
