A RESOLUTION INDORSING FOR APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF THE

SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY THE THREE (3) YEAR BARANGAY
DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2022- 2024) OF BRGY. SAN ISIDRO, CARIGARA, LEYTE

WHEREAS, Section 106 of the Local Government Code of 1991 states that each
barangay shall have a comprehensive multi-sectoral development plan spearheaded
by its development council and approved by its Sanggunian;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) is primarily mandated to

prepare the Barangay Development Plan (BDP) and assist the corresponding
Sanggunian in setting the direction of economic and social development and
coordinating development efforts within its territorial jurisdiction;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Plan was formulated through an inclusive
and participatory approach led by the Barangay Development Council and shall be
approved by the Sangguniang Barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Leonardo Nacional duly seconded by Hon.

Oliva B. Parena,

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to indorse to the Sangguniang Barangay

for approval and adoption the Barangay Development Plan (2022 - 2024) of Brgy.
San Isidro, Carigara, Leyte

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the

Sangguniang Barangay and other offices concerned for their information and
consideration.

APPROVED by the Barangay Development Council this 24 th day of November, 2021

at Brgy. San Isidro, Carigara, Leyte.
