Good day!

We are writing this letter to express our concern regarding your recent absence from work without
any prior notice or approval last Saturday, May 29, 2023, and Tuesday, May 30, 2023. You have done
this three times when you were absent without filing a leave and prior approval from your
Immediate Head. You have violated Article A Sec.2 AWOL (Absence Without Leave) / NCNS (No Call
No Show) stated in the ECE Handbook. As you are aware, attendance and punctuality are crucial
factors for the smooth functioning of any organization, and it is the responsibility of every employee
to adhere to the attendance policy stated in our company policy.

Your absence from work caused inconvenience to the team. We value your contribution to the
company and hope that you understand the gravity of the situation. It is important for us to
maintain a high level of productivity and ensure that work is completed on time.

Therefore, we request you to provide a valid reason for your absence. Please note that any further
absenteeism without prior notice or approval will be a violation of company policy, and appropriate
action will be taken.
