REMINDERS/IMPORTANT POINTS:
 The organization may choose a schedule based on the Google
Sheets link on a “First DIBS, First Serve” Basis. Link:

o All schedules should be on weekends of October or
November 2021, and can either be morning or afternoon
o Once you have decided with your preferred date, please fill
up the Google sheets at: bit.ly/AbotKaMaySchedule
o If you’re preferred date is take already, you need to adjust
and choose other dates that have not been chosen.
 You MAY OR MAY NOT choose on the following sample activities,
we’d prefer if your activity is based on the needs of the youth in
your area or community:

 SK Maybunga will be providing a maximum of 5000php budget
grant for your project based on your budget proposal
o Once all your proposals are approved, we will be
transferring the budget to the account indicated in the
proposal , one week prior to the your event’s approved date.
 Deadline of Proposals will be on October 8, you may send it
through email at sk.maybunga@gmail.com
 SK Maybunga will be present in all events.
 We will have a meeting on October 2, at the Maybunga Barangay
Hall Rooftop
 Approval of Project Proposal will be announced on October 10,
SK Maybunga will be sending back the proposals with revisions,
if any for the final details.
 Organizations shall pass a Terminal Report (Attached in Gdrive)
together with the Attendance Sheets (Attached in Gdrive), photo
documentation and budget breakdown liquidation one week after
their event.
