AFFIDAVIT OF DECLARATION OF HEIRSHIP

I, TEODORO P. PEÑAFLOR II, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of 21 Burgos
St., Dinalupihan, Bataan, after having been duly-sworn in accordance with the law, do hereby declare,
depose and state – THAT:

1. I am the eldest among the children-heirs of our late father, ELISEO PEÑAFLOR y AQUINO.
2. I was the constituted and appointed Attorney-In-Fact representing the rest of the children-heirs
of our deceased father as evidenced by the Special Power of Attorney (SPA) dated July 1, 2005
(Annex “A”).
3. The names of the other children-heirs of our deceased father are the ff:
1) Maritoni P. Peñaflor
2) Teodoro P. Peñaflor III
3) Ma. Gloria P. Peñaflor
4) Ma. Angelica P. Almajano
4. Finally, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
statements and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
