    The human milk bank at Zamboanga City Medical Center had an unmet quality objective in September 2014 of collecting over 5,000 mL of breast milk. This was due to performing milk lettings only once a week, resulting in a collection of only 2,240 mL that month. In response, the strategies increased milk lettings to twice a week and distributed informational leaflets, increasing subsequent monthly collections to over 5,000 mL. Similarly, in November 2014 the collection of 8,970 mL fell short of the 11,000 mL target due to milk collections only thrice weekly. Increased coordination and health teachings across wards then helped achieve the target in December with 18,880 mL collected.
