Arrange and coordinate complaint review meetings and cross functional interactions with
the different departmental in-charges as part of complaint analysis, process control
actions and finalizing necessary CAPA.
Collaborate closely with customers, application engineering, SCM and production teams
for gathering the required information/support for faster resolution of complaints.
Guide the plant operation/quality teams to implement appropriate process control,
measurement systems, and monitoring procedures to restrict defect generation and
outflow.
Department overall coordinator(2019 to 2021 period) for monitoring, compiling, and
timely corrective and preventive action(CAPA) for customer complaints related to Wire
rod, Bar rod, Hot-rolled, Cold-rolled, Non oriented electrical steel, and GA/GI steel
products.
Prepare and compile complaint related documents and trend analysis as part of MIS.

ACADEMIC Correlation between annealing texture and formability in an extra-deep drawing (EDD)
low-carbon steel
PROJECT
Summary: The influence of metallographic texture developed during annealing of cold-
rolled extra-deep drawing (EDD) low carbon steel at different temperatures was compared
with the formability parameters such as strain hardening exponent (n), normal anisotropy
(rm ), planar anisotropy (Δr ), and yield strength.
An attempt was also made to explain the heat flow vs temperature curve obtained using
differential thermal analyzer (DTA) for heating from room temperature to 1200 oC.
To study the influence of cold reduction on the final annealing texture, hot-rolled (HR) steel
samples of the same thickness were cold-rolled (CR) to two different reduction percentages
and annealed. Microstructure, texture evolution, and formability parameters of rolled and
annealed samples were studied and compared.
Characterization of steel samples was done using SEM, EBSD, and XRD equipment.
