    RE: LOAN APPLICATION WORTHY 4,500,000 FOR BUYING A PLOT OF LAND

    With due respect, we convey our Christian greetings to you.

    The sole purpose of writing to you this letter to kindly apply for the above subject matter.

    The church board sitting on 21/10/2023 under minute No NCB 014/21/23 in unison vehemently resolved
    and voted to buy land worthy 13M. However, we have managed to pay 8,500,000/= and

    We are short of 4,500,000/=. And the date to pay this amount is over due

    Therefore, we humbly request for your assistance to service this debt.

    Any assistance our church will receive from the conference will be highly appreciated.
