Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Good day! We are the Bachelor of Science in Home Technology - Major in Food and Nutrition (BSHT-FN)
4th year students enrolled at Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU). We are currently On-the-Job Training
in Public Health Nutrition held at Wacal, Solano Nueva Vizcaya. And as part of our OJT, we will be
conducting seminars, program and other activities in line with our subject example of this includes
feeding program, Product Dev, Nutrition education, and etc.

Thus, we are in need of financial assistance any amount is very much appreciated, even the smallest
amount will do or any donations that would be beneficial to our activity.

The event will start this November, 2023 and will end on January, 2024. Appreciation is greatly
