IBUILDING PLAN APPROVAL CHECKLIST [Site Plans [Dimension stand boundaries [Stand number and adjacent stand numbers [Servitude across the site, setbacks, road widening servitude, etc. [Services (if any) across the site, €.g.. Power lines, sewers, etc. Position of services, connections and invert levels Names of roads and the widths thereof [Vehicle access [Natural and finished levels [Desoribe datum and references: Building lines, with distances given from fixed reference points Position of the building on site with adequate dimensions for setting-out, [Position entrances to building [Sewage, drainage and disposal [Stormwater drainage and disposal [All site works, embankments, retaining walls, boundary walls, gates, fences, roads, paths, ect.
