1. That a Grievance Committee was included as one of the committees of

RH1HAI;

2. That the non-establishment of an actual Grievance Committee is due to

internal conflicts and difficulties within the organization that have hindered the
formation and proper functioning of such a committee.

3. That efforts have been made to address and resolve these internal conflicts
and difficulties through alternative means; however, the challenges persist,
making the establishment of a functional Grievance Committee impractical at
this time;

4. That I further affirm that the inability to establish a Grievance Committee has
not been willfully done to circumvent the resolution of members’ grievances
but is a genuine result of the aforementioned internal conflicts and difficulties.
