GENERAL TERMS
 No application will be processed until we receive the application fee together with
all application documentation.
 HELLO HOTELIERS asks that all payments are made within 7 days of a payment
request being issued.
 We recognize that there can be delays with bank transfers. Please email or fax bank
transfer confirmation of payment to HELLO HOTELIERS so we may easily and
promptly identify the inward transfer.
 Please note: HELLO HOTELIERS is unable to arrange the visa support
documentation unless full program and service fees are received. We encourage
our applicants to make prompt payment so there are no delays with visa
submission.
 The below fee can be changed any time without any prior notice

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

If a Candidate wishes to cancel their application, they must advise HELLO HOTELIERS

If no interview has been scheduled within 4 INR 9,000/- Refundable

 INR 1,000/- will be deducted as admin charges.
 After receiving the refund form, the refund process will take 45 days
 No refund will be issued to any clients submitting fraudulent or misleading
information and/or documentation.
 No refund is given at any time after confirmation and acceptance of the placement
by the candidate.
 No refund is given after the placement has commenced.
 No refund will be issued to candidates making alternate arrangements or alternate
placements.
 No refund will be issued if the applicant terminated by the Employer for any reason
or Medical Unfit.
 No refund will be issued in case of Medically Unfit/ Negative feedback from
reference check.

Important Note: You have to work as per Employer’s Contract.

In case you resign before before completion of Contract, you will be required to
reimburse the Employer all costs related to bringing you to Employer including agency
fees, visa related costs, training costs and relocation expenses.

CONTRACT BETWEEN HELLO HOTELIERS AND CANDIDATE

I Mr./Ms. _________________________, passport no. _________________ I have understood that HELLO

HOTELIERS is a career Guidance Services. HELLO HOTELIERS has educated me and trained me on the
technique to face and handle the interview successfully.

 It is completely my responsibility to performs and abide with the rules and regulations laid by the
property in which I have been selected/shortlisted.
 I agree to pay in advance the INR 10,000/- + GST which is refundable only if not selected in interview
by the concerned company. I agree to pay the REMAINING AMOUNT after selection.
 My salary will be decided at the time of interview by the concerned company only, HELLO HOTELIERS
doesn’t have any responsibility for the same.
 Consultancy charges and registration charges of INR 11,800/- will not be refunded in any
circumstances if I withdraw, cancel, delay the process due to my own personal related issue to my
health, my family, after the selection confirmation and I agree for the same. The decision of HELLO
HOTELIERS is final in that case and will be bound to me.
 If the candidate does not pay the fee during the given time frame, then HELLO HOTELIERS will not be
responsible to refund the part payment made by the candidate.
 After selection the concerned property will take care of all future process. HELLO HOTELIERS is not
responsible for any delay in further process after selection. There is no time frame for the process.
This is the responsibly of the concerned company.
 If candidate tries to get in direct contact with the property and departs India without paying
consultancy fee, then HELLO HOTELIERS will take legal action against the candidate and visa will
immediately cancelled and deported back to India.
 If in case I do not get selected in the company, then the refund process for INR 9,000/- will take a
minimum of 45 days.
 INR 1,000/- admin charges and 18% GST is non-refundable.
 HELLO HOTELIERS is not responsible for any situations, problems arising at work place and this is the
responsibility of the concerned property.

 It is my responsibility to provide originals and true documents, certificates to the concerned
company. If the property rejects/cancels the process due to fake documents/or delay in submission
of documents, HELLO HOTELIERS is not responsible for the same and the charge paid will not be
returned back.
 Candidate should not reveal or give any reference to anyone during the interview. It should be strictly
followed by the candidate. If anyone fails to follow, the registration charge will not be refunded.
 HELLO HOTELIERS only helps, educates and trains candidates about interview techniques and they
charge for the same.
 Candidate needs to fill health declaration/Imuga before departure. In case if candidates fail to do the
same then HELLO HOTELIERS will not be responsible for flight cancelation or delay in travels.
 I understand that I am going to __________________(Country) only for career purposes. I will not
involve myself in any activity for which HELLO HOTELIERS Representative will be held liable.
 If my program is terminated on grounds of Poor attendance/ disciplinary action or on personal
grounds, I shall be responsible for my own expenses until I leave the __________________(Country).

This is the agreement between HELLO HOTELIERS and me. I have read and understood all the clauses,
terms and conditions mentioned above. I am in agreement with all above mentioned clauses, terms and
conditions.
