I, Dusanapudi Gopala Krishna S/o Venkateswarlu, Aged 41 years, and My wife Dusanapudi
Prabhavathi Age 34 Years, Occ: Agriculture, R/o d.no.3-15/3, NRP Agraharam, Undi, W.G.Dist., I
am the owner and possessor of the land in R.S.No.66-2A, 66-2B, 66-3, 66-4,66-5, measuring to
extent of Sq.387 yards situated at NRP Agraharam, Undi Mandal, W.G. District. I have approached
you i.e., EUDA and applied building permission application through online, and also submitted to
your office and paid initial amount of Rs. 10,000/- on 31-07-2023. But till now no response from
you. As per the Andhra pradesh builing rules 2017 section 21 ( e)- If within 30 days of the receipt
of application for sanction of building permission or the time limit as stipulated in the Act, the
Authority fails to intimate in writing to the applicant who has submitted the application, of its
refusal or sanction to the application with its plans and statements, the same shall be deemed to
have been sanctioned, there would be a deemed permission to go ahead with the construction of
