5. Program venue (number of attendees and food)

7. Committee members voting (Interested members and Advisory Committee)
8. Plans apart from the Picnic:
a. Group motivation
b. Future direction: Odisha Taiwan agenda through ITA, Emergency
fundraising
c. Connect with individuals holding important positions in government,
companies, or organizations
d. Arrange cultural programs/creativity
e. Organize functions on a large scale
9. Lacunae/Hurdles for the group’s prosperity
10.Felicitation/shoutouts for contributions made by group members.
11.Suggestions/Feedback (positive or negative will be kept confidential.
