For me, a truly meaningful trip is a trip where what we get in return is

knowledge - the most powerful weapon. And that was also proven after a visit to
PEA English Center branch at 24 Thong Nhat, Binh Tho, Thu Duc, Ho Chi
Minh City.
The tour helped me not only gain practical experience observing the English
Center, but also learn practical knowledge through the thematic report "the
process of building and operating the center." English" by Master Pham Thai
Chuong.
Through research, I learned about PEA's Vision - Mission - Core Values. First is
the Vision, PEA is constantly developing with the desire to train the young
generation of Vietnam to become global citizens with the educational
philosophy: learning languages is for humanity. PEA helps children develop
themselves comprehensively with the skills necessary to adapt to an ever-
changing world. PEA focuses on training quality and constantly strives for
perfection in building 5 outstanding qualities in learners: Creativity, Critical
Thinking, Comprehensive Development, Confidence and Connection. Next, no
less important is PEA's mission, which is to help students master the language,
develop themselves, conquer challenges and integrate globally. In addition, PEA
is also a training solution that helps learners: Think creatively and critically in
English 100%. Understand comprehensive English and in-depth academic
English skills. Guaranteed excellent achievements, awarded qualifications
through the international Cambridge exam. Confidently integrate internationally
thanks to cooperation skills - connection ability - emotional intelligence. Finally,
Core Values include 3Ps: PASSION – PROFESSIONALISM – PERFECTION.
PEA is passionate about working with people to create professional services and
aim for excellence, with a high level of expertise.
At PEA, I was warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly staff. Our group that
day was guided by an extremely agile and pretty employee named Thuy. She
gave us an overview of PEA English Center. PEA consists of 4 main
departments including: enrollment consulting and customer care, marketing,
operations and training. The operations department includes finance and
accounting, facilities and security. But the most important thing is still the
training department. Then she took us to visit each classroom of the center. At
PEA there will be two main types of rooms: classrooms for adults and rooms for
children under 6 years old. The adult room will resemble a high school, with
tables and chairs and a capacity of about 18 people. Then we visited room G4,
which is a room for children under 6 years old. In the room there is a
semicircular table, children will draw pictures on the table and other fun
activities will take place on the floor. The classroom has the same structure as
the adult room, but the tables and chairs will be different. According to my
observations, these types of tables are quite safe for children, the tables and
chairs are all neatly rounded, this also shows that the center is quite focused on
children's safety. Through Ms. Thuy's sharing, we also partly understand the
center's operating system. Outside, opposite room G4, is the knowledge testing
room for new students. Next to room G4 is the desk of the consultants. That is
the general information about PEA English Center that I know.
After that, she led us into the hall to listen to the thematic report. From speaker
Pham Thai Chuong, I understood that to build and operate an English center,
there need to be 3 decisive factors: core value and preparation, building teams
and keeping the center stable. The first is identifying core values. It includes:
target customers, teaching and learning stategies, objective earnings, learning
outcomes, key courses and a practical element that is social relationships. Next
is teaching ethis, it is very important for those doing education business,
especially when wanting to open a center. And once you open a center, you must
balance income and education. In addition, choosing teachers for the center will
be based on three criteria: knowledgeable, teaching skills and motivation. In
addition to being a center license, the center director must have experience and
relevant qualifications. The company must have a tax code and a business
license. More than half, there must be teachers and staff, lease contracts, red
books, and land use rights documents to submit to the department of education.
and most importantly, fire prevention records. The second is building teams
including: sales, marketing, academic, admin and operations and finally keeping
the center moving forward. It also has many opportunities and challenges.
Through the seminar, I learned many useful things and gained many valuable
experiences for myself, helping me have ideas about education so that in the
future I can establish a foreign language center or follow the path of professional
teaching. Through the seminar, I learned many useful things and gained many
valuable experiences for myself, helping me have ideas about education so that
in the future I can establish a foreign language center or follow the path of
professional teaching. More than that, Mr. Chuong helped me equip myself with
more knowledge about how to build an English center and also helped me
improve my understanding of educational business development in Vietnam
today.
I would like to send my sincerest and deepest thanks to the Board of Directors of
PEA English Center for giving me the opportunity to come here to learn about
the process of building and operating the English center, visit, and exchange
information. answer questions, as well as help me have a career orientation after
I graduate with a major in Business English. I felt very touched and completely
overwhelmed by the friendliness and enthusiastic welcome of the staff at PEA.
The center has shown me a more multi-dimensional perspective on the English
language field that I am studying. This is also an opportunity for me to connect
with colleagues, the leadership of Pea English Center as well as provide career
opportunities. career for me in the future. This is not simply a sightseeing trip
but also an opportunity to learn, a very useful trip because our grandparents have
a saying: "Travel a day's journey/Learn a sieve of wisdom".
