Whereas the Tenant approached the owner here in for letting out to him at the
premise No.1317, Muthu Nagar, Rathinamangalam, Kandigai, Chennai –
600 048 the owner has agreed to let out the same on the following terms
and conditions:
2. The above said TENANT agreed to take the above mentioned property, for
Residential Purpose, on tenancy by making advance payment of Rs.20,000/-
(Rupees Twenty thousand only), shall carry no interest in the hands of the
owner.
3. The monthly Rent for the above mentioned property is fixed as Rs.5,000/-
(Rupees Five thousand only). The rent and amenities and other charge should
be paid by the Tenant to the Owner on or before the 5 th day of succeeding
English Calender month without fail.
4. That the Tenant shall not make any additions or alterations to the said
premises without the prior written consent of the owner. The Tenant shall not
change in the tenancy or it shall not be sublet to any one without the prior
written consent of the owner.
5. The Tenants shall pay the Electricity Consumption charges as per the meter
reading regularly and punctually.
6. The Tenant hereby takes to surrender the possession to the above said
premises in the same good condition on the efflux of tenancy period or in the
event of earlier termination of tenancy.
7. The Tenant may terminate the tenancy ever before the efflux of time by giving
3 months prior notice in writing to Owner given herein or in lieu thereof pay
the rent for the Three months or for such period in short of the notice period.
8. The Tenant shall extend the agreement of tenancy after the rental period with
the mutual understanding and consent of the Owner.
9. The Tenant shall permit the owner of his authorized representative at all
reasonable times to inspect the portion of the building occupied on prior
intimation.
To this effect the two parties above named have hereto set their respective
hands the day. Monthly and year first above written in the presence of:
