Trouble Shoot
• OPC Servlink Server / App Manager can not be connected.
Confirmation method 1:
Please enter ping XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX from the Windows command prompt and make sure that it is physically connected. If
the connection is not normal at that time, it is conceivable that "IP address setting of PC", "IP address of MicroNet is different",
"LAN cable is not physically connected" (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX Indicates the IP address of the MicroNet to be connected).
Confirmation method 2:
It may be solved by selecting "Network connection" from the Windows control panel and right-clicking on the corresponding
connection and repairing it.
Confirmation method 3::
It may be solved by correctly setting anti-virus software or firewall. In that case, you need to exclude Servlink Server / App
Manager services from protection.
Confirmation method 4:
It may be solved by disabling unused communication interfaces (including virtual interfaces).

• The IP address of MicroNet is unknown.

Confirmation method:
After connecting the LAN cable, please start App Manager. The controller is displayed on the left frame of App Manager and
the IP address is also displayed.
