What is ethical human conduct?

Explain in terms of values, policies and

character with appropriate examples.

ANS. The right understanding gained through self-exploration also enables us to identify the
definitiveness of human conduct which may also be called the ethical human conduct. It is
the same for all human beings. So we are also able to understand the universality of ethical
human conduct which is in consonance with the universal human values. Unless we have the

An ethical dilemma (ethical paradox or moral dilemma) is a problem in the decision-making process
between two possible options, which are not straightaway absolutely acceptable from an ethical
perspective. It is a situation of conflict between right and wrong or somewhat correct or incorrect in
business on the grounds of moral philosophy.

The following approaches to solve an ethical dilemma were deduced:

 Refute the paradox (dilemma): The situation must be carefully analyzed. In some cases,
the existence of the dilemma can be logically refuted.
 Value theory approach: Choose the alternative that offers the greater good or the lesser
evil.
 Find alternative solutions: In some cases, the problem can be reconsidered, and new
alternative solutions may arise.

There are several situations to discuss: (elaborate of your choice)
