Subject: Request for a Prayer Room on Campus

Dear Principal Mam Safinaz,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of the students at our
school, especially those of us who are currently pursuing our A-levels and O-
levels. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support
in creating an inclusive and conducive learning environment.

As we progress in our academic journey, we are increasingly aware of our

responsibilities, both academically and spiritually. We have realised that our extra
classes often make it difficult for us to perform one of our core religious duties,
Namaz, on time. We understand that our academic pursuits are important, but
our faith is equally important to us.

With this in mind, we kindly request that you consider providing us with a
dedicated space on campus where we can perform Namaz in congregation
(Jamaat) after our classes or precisely after 2:00 pm. Having a designated area for
this purpose would enable us to fulfil our religious obligations promptly without
interfering with our academic commitments or feeling rushed.

By accommodating this request, you would not only facilitate our spiritual needs,
but also contribute to the overall inclusivity and harmony within our school
community. Your support in this matter would be deeply appreciated and would
undoubtedly bring immense rewards in the hereafter.

We understand that logistical arrangements may need to be made to

accommodate this request and we are willing to cooperate and assist in any way
possible to make this a reality.
