lead-in line,display distance and building limit,
etc.;rectification of poor harden concrete surface; number
applying painting on the signal column, mechanism and
cable box; rewriting of equipment identification name.

3. Test the conversion between main and auxiliary filaments of bulb, as well
as the alarm. number
4. Inspection of the turnout appearance ,check/adjust the
close contactness/ fat edge of the turnout
rail;check/adjust of notch of the indication rod;check
whether the external bolt / nut are loose, whether the
cotter pin is complete, whether the opening meets the set
standard;whether the cable box is damaged or
not,Whether the lock is good.

2. Outdoor 5. Internal inspection and test of the electric switch

equipment machine;operate the electric switch machine to test 2mm
maintenance blocking, and 4mm unlocking,make confirmation of
turnout indication; inspect or replace the squeezing pins
for the electric switch machine; inspect/adjust the
contacting depth of fixed/moving contacts of shif set
contactor/ automatic shutter, safety switch for the
electric switch machine;inspect the indication diode for
the electric switch machine switch.

6. Test the operating current(work pressure) and frictional

working current(overflow pressure) of the electric switch set
machine.
 7. Check the rail insulation of the track,check the wire lead
of transmitter end and receiving end,track connection
line,turnout jumper ;make sure the boxes is not section
damaged or leakaged,and well locked .

8. Inspection of exterior and installation size of axle-

counting wheels. set
9. Insulation testing of cable to ground. root
