Madison County Landowner:

Wingate Appraisal Service of Roanoke, Virginia has been contracted to perform the
general reassessment for Madison County. Miles “Skip” Willett and his team will be
visiting properties throughout the County gathering information and pictures of
structures. The Madison County Sheriff's Office will have a list of vehicles driven by the
Wingate Appraisal team.
