Analysing the research paper
According to the research presented in the study, the primary reasons for the
ineffectiveness of public policy in Pakistan include problems with leadership
commitment, difficulties with governance structure, and a lack of resources. Ineffective
policy development and execution are the result of a combination of factors, including
the absence of commitment and vision among political leaders and inefficiencies in
governance. The lack of resources, particularly financial and human resources, is a
further barrier to the efficient implementation of governmental policy. The study draws
attention to these difficulties and offers insightful perspectives on the challenges that
Pakistan's policy-making process is up against.
The promotion of political leadership development programmes as a means of
enhancing the expertise and dedication of elected officials is

Policy recommendation
one alternative way to policymaking that might be considered. In addition, the
governance structure might be improved through decentralisation and increased
collaboration between government departments, both of which could contribute to
improved policy execution. Lastly, in order to effectively address the problem of limited
resources, comprehensive tax changes and effective resource management are
necessary. This will ensure that public initiatives are adequately funded. In order to
allow more efficient public policy in Pakistan, these alternative policies have the goal
of addressing the underlying problems that were highlighted in the article.
