Greetings of Peace!

I am writing this letter to announce that I am proudly endorsing Ms. Anabella P. Castor for the
Guidance Associate position. She is a Licensed Teacher and a graduate of Master of Arts in
Guidance and Counseling at Saint Columban College, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.

She has been my colleague for 1 year in 2018 at the Department of Education, Pagadian City
Division, as a Guidance Counselor in probationary status and I can vouch for her dedication and
hard work. I have rarely encountered a person so attentive to such dedication and devotion to her
work. I have always observed that if there is a challenge or a deadline, she is the person on
whom you can count.

She has always managed to maintain a friendly environment with her workmates. She can work
under pressure and has always managed to solve stressful situations. In short, we can say that she
is a lovable person to have around, is a hard worker, and always tries to create a positive
ambiance. Therefore, I believe she is the best and most appropriate person to assist in the
Guidance and Counseling Office’s activities. Our Office handles confidential matters and having
qualified personnel will make our daily transactions even easier.
