Resolution approving the Barangay Health and

Nutrition Action Plan 2024 in the amount of
ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(100,000.00)
For CY 2024 of Barangay Cadlan, Pili, Camarines
Sur
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Local Government Code of 1991, Local Government Units shall
endeavor to be self – reliant and shall continue exercising the powers and discharging the
duties and functions currently vested upon them. Local Government Units shall likewise
such other powers and discharge such other functions and responsibilities as are
necessary, appropriate or incidental to be efficient and effective provision of basic services,
and facilities such as but not limited to the provision of social welfare services which
include, among others, programs and projects on child and youth welfare, family and
community welfare and other pro poor projects and nutrition services.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Nutrition Committee formulates and approved the ANNUAL
BARANGAY HEALTH AND NUTRITION ACTION PLAN for 2024 of Barangay Cadlan, Pili,
Camarines Sur conducted last December 4, 2023.

WHEREAS; The Barangay Nutrition Committee presented in the Plan its situated analysis,
objectives, nutrition programs, projects and activities, target, foods production, food
assistance, livelihood, micronutrients, supplementations, and nutrition education.

WHEREAS, as presented to the Sangguniang Barangay of Cadlan for adaptation and

approval of ANNUAL BARANGAY HEALTH AND NUTRITION ACTION PLAN for 2024 as
follows:

WHEREAS; after thorough review, study, due deliberation and consideration of the matter,
and after finding that it conforms with the priority projects, programs, and basic services of
Barangay Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur thus, it is indeed proper to ensure its
implementations, this body hereby needs to unanimously approve the same;

NOW THEREFORE on motion of Brgy. Kagawad RANDY A. REAL and duly seconded by
Barangay Kagawad FE R. BOLANO, be it.

RESOLVED FURTHER that the copies of this resolution be forwarded to the line
Agencies/offices concerned all of Pili, Camarines Sur for their information.
