order to acquire the best performance of the products, please read the manual book
carefully and keep it properly for the further reference.

Precaution Instruction

Warning: To prevent the electric shock and fire, please do not operate the instrument in
the rain and humidity.

Warning: To prevent the fire dangers caused by absorption of Nitrogen and Oxygen,
please install the equipment in a place with good ventilation.

Warning: For safety sake, please connect the instrument to the ground wire.
Warning: Please cut off the power supply in case of repair.

Special Explanation

The warranty period is 12 months. If the user does not install and use the instrument

according to the manual book, or use the compressed air with high moisture, refit and add

some parts, and dismantle privately without permission, the manufacturer would not be

responsible for the faults caused by the above abused operations. Notification for part

structure improvements would not be effected in advance.

I. Brief Introduction

PSA（Pressure Swing Adsorption）Tire Nitrogen Machine, being used widely, does not
need high cost equipments, land and high salary maintenance technicians, but it can
produce Nitrogen with low cost, high purity and low dew point.
It is based on using the latest PSA technology and utilizes Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS)
To separate nitrogen from the other gases contained in air. When the air is compressed,N2
And O2 make up of most part of the air, however, oxygen molecules are much smaller than
Nitrogen and their diffuse speed is different, by using this point, the gas can be separated.
After this process is finished, the CMS adsorbs the oxygen molecules, so the nitrogen
produced by PSA has high purity and low dew point. Generally speaking, it is very easy to
Obtain the nitrogen with purity 99% and dew point -60℃. Our company is able to design
and manufacture according to user’s requirements. The highest purity of nitrogen can be
reached 99%.

II. Summarization

The compressed air in the tire consists 29% of Oxygen with heavy moisture, and Oxygen
is not stable in the tire. When the tire heats, Oxygen will permeates through the tire wall.
The test shows that the pervasion can stop till the pressure under the condition 7 bar and
the oxygen falls by 5%. Oxygen and moisture are harmful to the tire and wheel hub

1. N2/Air output pressure display-tire inner pressure
2. Air using indicator: the light is on when the machine is inflating with air
3. N2 using indicator: the light is on when the machine is inflating with N2
4. N2 work indicator: the light is on when the machine is producing N2
5. N2 analogue purity: displays N2 analogue purity
6. Air: Press this button when use air to inflate
7. ↑ ：Pressure setting, to set the inflation pressure
8. Auto Vacuum/Nitrogen inflation: press the button when to inflate N2. When press
this button, the machine will complete the vacuum and N2 inflation automatically.
9．Pause: when the machine is running, but needs to stop the machine, press “PAUSE” to
stop the machine. Press this button again, the machine resume working. Press
this button for 3 seconds to cancel the work.
10．Unit switchover: to set the unit( Kg/cm2, Bar, Psi, Kpa)
11. Inflation: when the inner tire pressure＞0.8kgf/cm2，and it’s necessary to increase/decrease
the N2/AIR, press this button.
12. ↓：Pressure setting, to set the inflation pressure
13. N2: Press this button when use N2 to inflate

Important Notice:
When the pressure of the machine is ＜4kg/cm 2, the machine starts to produce N2, and
the light is on.
When N2 pressure＞7kg/cm 2, the work indicator is off, and the machine stops producing
N2.

VI. Installation
1. Air supply connection:
Connect the compressor outlet with the machine’s compressed air inlet.(when the
machine is working, the air source shall ＞6000L/H, otherwise the N2 producing speed
will be influenced by the insufficient air supply.)
2. Power Connection:
Connect the 220V power to insure the safety connection with ground wire.

VII. How to operate

1. Turn on the power switch on the left side of the machine. The initial value”2.20” will be
displayed on the control panel.
2. Connect the machine’s N2 output pipe with tire, then set the required function.
3. Operation details as follows：
1) N2 inflation：
Let out the air in the tire. The tire pressure is “0”, and then connects the inflation clip with
the tire chuck

1.1) Press “N2”, the indicator of use N2 flashes.
1.2) Press“↑ or ↓” to set the required pressure.
1.3) When tire needs vacuum, press “Auto”, the machine starts to work.
1.4) When tire does not need vacuum, press “Inflation”, the machine starts to work.
when tire pressure＞0.8kgf/cm2，press “↑ or ↓” button to set the required tire pressure,
and connect the inflation clip with the tire vacuum chuck. The machine starts to work.
2) Air inflation
2.1) Press “AIR” button，the use air indicator flashes.
2.2) Press“↑ or ↓”button to set the required tire pressure.
2.3) Press “Inflation” button，the machine starts to work.
when tire inner pressure＞0.8kgf/cm2，press “↑ or ↓” button to set the required tire
pressure. Then connect the inflation clip with the tire vacuum chuck, the machine starts
to work.
4. Press “UNIT” to set the required unit(PSI，BAR， MPA， KG)
5. If needs to stop the work temporarily, press “PAUSE”. Press this button one more time.
The machine resumes working. If needs to cancel the work, press this button for 3
seconds to stop working.

Explanation:
The maximum setting value of the pressure shall be: 4.5 kg/cm2
The minimum setting value of the pressure shall be: 1.0 kg/cm2

VIII. Precaution Instruction

1. Heavy Nitrogen and Oxygen gases can be produced in the process of producing
nitrogen. Suffocation can be caused by inbreathe Nitrogen, while the Oxygen will
increase the risk of the fire; therefore please keep good ventilation in the installation
area.
2. The equipment must be installed by the authorized, qualified trainee.
3. When connecting air hose system, please be sure the machine is switched off
and no high pressures in the system.
4. This machine must be connected with ground wire to keep safety for the operator and
the machine. When connecting the power cables, be sure the power supply is cut off.
5. Check the safety devices and pressure gauge termly in order to keep the working
system normal.
6. Do not remove the all the pressure control valves without permission.
