1. CONTAINMENT ACTION
Send back 10 Ea STBD and 5 EA Port parts that are in KP4 stock, to be re-inspected at KP2.

From 15 parts inspected by Sheet Metal Forming Inspector in KP2, 11 pcs parts passed and 4
parts have remark to repair. Inspection method using plier clamp and go-nogo 5 mm (±0,4 mm).

2. DISCUSSION FORUM
Job shadowing / sharing knowledge from the fitter process specialist & inspector to all of Fitter
for Stretch Forming Process (WCN : 230109) Operators.

3. METHODOLOGY
Limited number of tool's stopper, which is the EOP Marking reference, caused the need for
additional process that is connect the lines between corner marking point use a thin ruler, which
is not yet known by the additional operator from Hand Forming process.
