Technical Data Appliance: Low voltage supply unit 12 Vdc.

Connection: With coaxial connector
Housing: Plastic white
Hair plucker head: 9 rotary triple pincette disks with adjustable
clamping effect.
Main switch position: 1 and 2 for different speeds.
Power supply: Power supply plug, output voltage 12 Vdc

Dismantling Protection cap (1) To be removed

Hair plucker head (2) Press the buttons and remove.

Housing (3, 14) The housing front part is snapped into the housing
back part by means of 4 notches "A".
By inserting a ring pliers on the right and left side
of the driving toothed wheel, press the housing
halves apart until the upper 2 notches “A” are
snapped out. Now, tear appart the housing halves
while snapping out all notches on the frame (4)
and the housing parts.

Slider (12) Remove switch contact (13). Take off slider by


inserting a flat object between housing front part
(14) and slider (12).

Motor (10) Chassis cover (5) has to be removed in an upward


movement by snapping it out on the 4 notches
“B” at the sides of the chassis (7). Unscrew Torx
screw (6) with screwdriver (T6).

Note Power supply plug (15) The "H"-head housing screws (17) are required
for safety reasons and are an integral part of the
approval specification. It is not allowed to
replace them, for example, with ordinary
commercially available screws with slotted or
cross-slotted heads.

Assembly The reassembly has to be performed in reverse order.

Attention has to be paid to the following points:

Motor connection (10) Pay attention to the correct polarity.


The red line has to be connected to the soldering
tag marked with a round symbol.

PCB (9) Snap the frame (4) into housing front part (l4).
Check if switch contact (13) is placed correctly.
Insert PCB (9) in the indentations of notch "A" in
the upper left side of the housing front part (14).
Snap connecting socket into frame.

Housing In case that one of the notches "A" has been


broken during the dismantling process, the
housing front pad has to be replaced.

Check all functions after reassembling of the appliance.

Attention for function check only the 12 V power supply plug should be used.

The pincette disks of the hair plucker head have to turn in the direction of the
operating slider.
