    Dear Ma’am,

    Good Day!

    I am writing this letter to officially tender my resignation letter as a staff nurse here in Bacolod
    Queen of Mercy Hospital with one month notice effective on December 24, 2023.

    I am grateful working in this institution for more than 4 years. The opportunity you gave me will
    be considered as biggest part of my profession as a nurse. More than working, my experience
    here taught me to be sensitive to the needs of others, especially the less fortunate ones.
    However, time has come for me to move on and pursue my career in different place.

    I would like to thank the hospital management, and all the department head nurses and staff I’ve
    worked with.
