1. That the Defendant No. 1 has received service of summon in

Form No.4 in Appendix-B along with copy of the plaint through
E-mail on 11.12.2023, sent by the Plaintiff’s Counsel Mr.

Commercial Suit for Breach and Damages.

2. That the Defendant No. 1 is putting his appearance before this

Hon’ble Court by moving the present application in the instant
case. A Vakalatnama duly signed by the Defendant No. 1 and his
advocate has already been filed vide Diary No. E-2291482/2023

and the advance copy of the same has also been supplied to the
counsel for the Plaintiff.

3. That the Defendant No. 1 hereinunder furnishes his

pleased to:-
a) allow the application of the Defendant No. 1 for entering an
