COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE ADVOCATES ACT, 1961

The complainant above named begs to state as under, in respect of the Professional
Misconduct and criminal conduct committed by the respondent and prays for necessary
action as per law.

1. The complainant states that the respondent is misusing his legal profession and
causing bad image about the profession of advocates.

2. The complainant states that the respondent is having unholy group sexual affair with
a rape accused sex worker Nishanth Ramachandran and his allies for a long time. This
respondent is misusing his lawyer tag to abet the above rape accused in all crimes. This
respondent is attacking the complainant for helping a rape victim and for giving witness in
her case.

3. The complainant states that the respondent is providing sexual gratification to

anyone and everyone inside and outside courts, just to gather like-minded loafer hooligans
to attack the victim and anyone who supports her, just to make us withdraw the case against
this serial rape offender Nishanth Ramachandran.

4. The complainant states that the respondent is using some ladies and men (one among
them is a lady Sumithra, who is also a black sheep in lawyer community), to seduce any
men or women who try to help the victim girl and if they resist their solicitation approach,
then immediately, this respondent and his allies start physically attacking them inside and
outside courts.
5. The complainant states that he was accompanying the victim to courts as she was
getting attacked by these hooligans both inside and outside courts. This respondent-
hooligan marked the complainant as a target from 2021 to somehow seduce him to go
against the victim and if they fail, then to attack him as well.

6. The complainant states that the respondent unleashed this lady Sumithra (
complainant is filing a separate complaint against her as well before Bar Council) to solicit
me inside the 6th Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court during November month 2022,
when the complainant went to inform the court that the rape accused and this respondent
attacked the victim in her residence along with some rowdy elements. This lady Sumithra
unleashed by the respondent started rubbing the complainant in his back and soliciting him,
as well as trying to seduce him to go against the victim.

7. The complainant shoo’ed that lady Sumithra away and told her to get lost that he is
from a decent well-off family and does not indulge in such brothel activities like her and
the respondent to live off extorted money. This respondent and along with his allies
Sumithra, Nishanth Ramachandran etc., hatched a sinister plan to unleash violence on the
complainant as he refused to get seduced by them and go against the victim.

8. The complainant states that when he was accompanying the victim to the Anekal
Court where the rape case against the respondent’s paramour was listed for committal, the
respondent and his paramour Nishanth already set up everything in the Anekal Court along
with Sumithra by seducing some sex workers in their peer sex racket in the Anekal Area.
On 2nd Dec 2022, this rape accused Nishanth Ramachandran, Darshan and those sex
workers (who deliberately came in Lawyer attire) physically attacked and assaulted the
complainant in group of 6. They forced him to sign in blank papers and write a letter
dictated by them. These impotent sex workers in lawyer attire with no manhood attacked
in gang against one man just to sexually gratify the rape accused Nishanth Ramachandran.

9. The complainant states that he had underwent treatment for the same in the Anekal
Govt Hospital and Medico Legal Case was registered against these sex workers Nishanth
and the respondent. This Respondent and his paramour Nishanth have set the photo of the
attack on the complainant inside the court as profile picture in their social media accounts
to threaten anybody that not to help the rape victim. This itself is more than enough proof
to take severe action against this respondent.

10. The complainant prays your honest self to sack this hooligan, sex worker and bloat
on lawyer profession respondent if any integrity or honesty is still left in the advocate
profession.

A complaint fee of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) is paid by D.D. (D.D No.
264778) on 19/08/2023.
