Comparison Question

Titanic and Shrek

The target audience that the director in titanic is trying to aim is young adults and adults. This will
change the perspective about love the director for Shrek will show.

In titanic the main idea is Jack and Rose are meeting for the second time and they are having a very
romantic moment, where there is only the two of them, having a romantic bond.

On the other hand the director of Shrek target audience are kids and teenagers, Shrek director also
is presenting a romantic prospective of love but, here the director is including more action a conflict,
where in Titanic the science is very peace full and calm. The scene where we see Shrek and Fiona
celebrating their wedding, also shows that there are more people. This might show that where are
more people where are very height chances there might be a conflict.
The director of Shrek Might want to suggest that for younger people love might come in different
forms that are opposite from young adults and adults.
