Is it mandatory to update all addresses stayed in the last 5 years?
Yes, it is mandatory to update details of all addresses where you have stayed in the last 5 years.

How should I update addresses I have stayed overseas in the last five years?
Please update all overseas addresses where you have stayed on simillar lines as requested in the form.

How should I update addresses if I have stayed across more than 5 addresess, since the template has space to
accommodate only 5 addresses?
If you have stayed in more than 5 addresses in the last 5 years, please inform details of the same to the HR Team by mail
in the same communication when you share this form.

How should I update addresses if I have been staying in my college arranged accomodation / hostel during the last 5
years?
You can update the address of the accomodation you have stayed in and as supporting documents furnish us with a letter
from the institute on their letter head, signed by the authorised signatory confirming your stint and period of stay.

I am still awaiting results of my qualification. How do I update the education form?

Please mention your highest qualification attained.

E.g. If you have attained your graduation and are currently pursuing your Post Graduation, please update the details of
your Graduation (the highest degree obtained in this case).

I am a fresher and do not have any previous employment history. Should I fill Pages 6 and 7?
If you are a fresher and do not have any previous employment history, you can leave all fields in 'Employment Details'
and 'Gap in Employment' sheets blank.

I have working experience as an intern earlier. Can I include that in my employment experience?

Please ensure that you have listed all employment experiences that you have stated in your Curriculum Vitae / Resume.
You will need to mention details pertaining to all Permanent / Temporary / Contractual opportunities and Internships too
that you have served where the duration is 3 months and more.

I do not have the Line Manager and HR Manager details for my earlier employer. Is this mandatory?

We would need the Line Manager and HR Manager details for all your earlier employers. Do ensure to reach out to your
earlier employers to obtain this information. Your Line Manager and HR Manager will be contacted for conducting our
Pre Employment Verifications checks.

One of my gaps during employment was spent overseas on a holiday. Should I capture those details in Gaps in
Employment page?
Yes. All gaps in employment above 1 month should be updated in 'Gap in Employment' sheet.
