    MIN 1/02/2020: NAME AND REGISTRATION

    The members resolved that the name of the group be Chepsaita Koimur Self Heip Group and be
    registered. Titus marachi to coordinate the registration process with the department of social
    development
    MIN 2/02/2020: ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
    The office bearers were elected as follows:
    1. Titus Marachi -Chairman
    2. Meshack Lutomia -Vice – Chairman
    3. Janet Machogo -Secretary
    4. Julius Mulusa -Vice – Chairman
    5. Emily Odongo -Treasurer
    6. Joan Lumakanda -Organising Secretary.

    MIN 3/02/2020: MEMBERSHIP FEE


    It was passed that the membership registration fee will KES 200 per member.
    MIN 4/02/2020: THE GROUP CONSTITUTION
    It was discussed that the main objective of the group will be to provide welfare services to the
    community. In addition, members were encouraged to come up with innovative income
    generating activities and forward to the management committee for further action. The group
    meeting frequency was agreed to be twice a month thus mid-month.
    Future activities:
    1. Table banking
    2. Merry-go-round
    3. Poultry farming
    4. Tents and chair renting
