Scope This standard specifies the general dimensional tolerances and general geometrical tolerances (positional tolerances) for metal parts to be machined, 2. The hole mentioned here means a bolt hole or any other similar hole. For the permissible dimensional deviations of the hole center distances of other holes, the permissible dimensional deviations of general dimensions specified in section 4.1 shall apply. CONFIDENTIAL YGK-2-001 General dimensional tolerances and general geonetrical Yer. 6. 0 tolerances (positional tolerances) for machined parts : 4.5 Permissible dimensional deviations of edge and corner radii and 45° chanfer dimensions Table 6 specifies the permissible dimensional deviations of edge and corner radii and 45° chamfer dimensions. Since fillets have great effect on strength, they shall also meet the permissible dimensional deviations ‘specified in Fig. 1 in addition to the permissible dimensional deviations specified in Table 6. As a rule, the shape shown in Fig. 2 is not allowed.
