Who we are looking for?

The work culture at Odisha Preps is way different, here we value deeper
understandings and skills rather than anything else. Hence we are in search of
skilled individuals who could inclusively become a part of us in creating the best
ever course for UPSC / OPSC .
 Work Profile
We have a robust research team from various fields, who are the core members of
our Content team, however currently we require skilled individuals in following 4
work profiles –

4. Video editor : Linear simple cuts only, must use premiere pro .

FAQs Related to Work Profile

Work Type
➢ The work will be in freelancing model (i.e can freely work at anytime-so that
they can also devote time towards their preparation/academics.
➢ Here we are primarily targeting experienced Aspirants / College students with
good level of grasp and understandings .
➢ Certain timeline/ deadline will be given and candidate has submit the work that
deadline
➢ Payment will be done after the task is reviewed by the core team.
➢ Payment will be provided per project/per task.
Work from home
All the work profiles (content making, PPT making, video editing) except the role of
explainer/educator will be work from home. However for the role of educator /
explainer , candidate must visit our studio in order to record the video .
Time Requirements
➢ Each candidate must submit at least 2 projects/task per week, thus allowing to
work by managing time effectively,
➢ Each project may take 2-3 hours and hence time can be effectively managed.
➢ Note :
• Min output : 2 Projects / week
• Max output : Depends on Candidate’s Ability .
 Payment Structure
We have undergone market as well as freelancing models’ analysis. Based on
these, we have designed the following payment structure-

DEMO WORK
1. For Explainer / Educators
• Make a demo lecture from any of the following topics, (can make video on
multiple topics if interested for multiple subjects)
• Min duration: 15-20 mins
• Note: (We are only looking for your ability to explain, no need of making ppt.
Just explain any topic, we just want to know the style of explanation)
2. For Content Validation
• Make detailed Notes from any of the following topics.(Include as many
flowcharts possible)
• Note : (Handwritten notes are allowed , we are just looking for ability to break
concept and present in simple form )

• Must have knowledge of Premiere pro (We need Linear cuts only – Ability to
do Trimming , simple clip cutting only )
