Subject: - Notification of error in counting completion period and request for

relevant rectification

Reference is made to a contract signed between our organization with Chong Qing Geological
Engineering PLC on July 21, 2022 for execution and delivery of five deep wells in Chukala area.

As your honored office well recalled,

Accordingly, pursuant to one of our key obligations stated in the contract, we have planned to
handover and provide you full possession of the required working areas of the first two boreholes
sites this week on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.
Therefore, in accordance with our explicit entitled rights of fixing the specific start date stipulated
under SCC 71.1 of the contract, the anticipated commencement date of the referenced contract
would be marked on 20-Oct-22.
Furthermore, it’s imperative to let you know that your company is decisively and swiftly required to
submit a revised program of implementation of tasks in conformity with the anticipated START &
END date of the referred contract and meeting the requirements set forth under GCC 41 of the
contact between us.
