Consider the below food label and discuss the relevant nutrient
compositions listed in the label with focus on the following nutrients.
Provide a very brief comment recommending the consumption or
avoidance of this product (4pts)

Concerning the food label, I recommend that we avoid this product due to it being low in
vitamins, and minerals, also because it is high in total fat, cholesterol, and Sodium. So,
consuming the product means that you’re consuming more than your daily need which can lead
to high risk of cardiovascular disease.
