A. Critical Thinking
1. Where does the crime scene took place then describe the place?
The crime happened in the alley near the boat harbor. The scene looks like happened
along the street of the neighborhood. There's a lot of potential pieces of evidence that can
be used in the murder or homicide incident. We saw many eye witnesses that can be help
in solving this case. 4 in the crime scene.
Barry Cuda who is the murder victim was found the dead body lying in the floor. There
are several injuries identified in his body and those include the bruises, lacerations, and
scratches that is likely caused by a recent fight. And there's also a gash on the upper chest
of the victim, and this is believed to be the cause of his death that is known to be made of
a sharp, long blade which is an axe.
3. Who killed the victim and how it is consummated?
The evidence and analysis point to Skipper John Dory as the individual who killed the
victim. The murder was likely consummated by inflicting a fatal gash on Barry's chest,
ultimately causing his death.
The means used to commit the murder involved the use of an axe, which was indicated in
a receipt for the purchase of the weapon from an Ironmongers. Though it was not found
in the crime scene, it is still the axe which is use as a weapon, because its’ description of
sharp, long blade which is used with great force aligns with the inflicted harm or fatal
gash on Barry’s chest.
The motive of the suspect is to avenge his apprentices because he's upset about what
happened to Philip and Andy wherein Barry is accused of mistreating Philip, and Andy
was forced to give money.
